Instructions for Downloading Fixtures and Importing to Outlook Calendar

1. Once you have paid the annual subscription choose the 'Select Favourite Teams' option from the Fixtures menu

2. Select the number of teams that you have paid for and click the 'Add Your Favourite Teams' button

3. Next, click on the 'Download Fixtures' button and the DownloadFixtures page will be displayed

4. You can the choose to just download fixtures from the current date or just click the 'Create Fixtures Download' button

5. Then you will either be asked by your Browser where to Save the download file, or to your 'Downloads' folder or perhaps to your Desktop

6. Once the 'zip' file has been downloaded, click on the 'Open' button (Internet Explorer) or 'Double Click' on the 'zip' file name (Firefox) and the file will either be opened by your 'zip' program (WinZip, WinRar or Windows Vista)

7. Extract the 3 files in the 'zip' file to a folder of your choice

8. Navigate to that folder using Windows Explorer (the shortcut is to hold the special Windows key down whilst also pressing the 'E' key) and then 'double click' on the file with the prefix of 'Copy_Fixtures_To_Outlook2' and the file extension of '.bat'

9. The football fixtures will then be added to your Microsoft Outlook Calendar
